Our Local Accommodation (AL) project was created with two purposes. In the first place, it aims to be a temporary accommodation for tourists. Through a reduced capacity of 4 rooms and a higher quality, we intend to receive our guests in a relaxed, personal and cosy atmosphere, where the arts serve as a pretext for a unique meeting with the city of Lisbon.

To the visitor who seeks cultural activities in Lisbon, we offer personalized information about exhibitions, shows, conferences, online ticket purchase, as well as the organization of itineraries/tours (urban art, literary routes, museums, etc.).

Secondly, our accommodation has a sense of social and community responsibility. We welcome artistic residency for national and international creators, researchers and members of non-profit associations. We also promote integration projects of local residents, besides promoting and privileging small trade in our neighbourhood and small businesses in our daily work.

 

 

We are only 5 minutes from Santa Apolonia train station, which allows you to travel to central and northern areas of Portugal, and you can also can make the road or train connection to the transport to the beach. In Santa Apolonia there is also the metro and bus station.    

We offer a privileged location, close to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, besides the touristic attractions and the amazing view of the Tejo River.
